No, we do not release unedited files for safety reasons.

You can expect to receive your products in 5-8 business days. This delivery schedule is only approximate, and depends on various factors. There is an option for next day delivery, you just have to pay a $40 rushing fee.

We use google drive to deliver our products. When finished, you will receive a google drive link that includes your products.

We try to have it open as long as possible but we do strongly ask if you can download your products within 2 weeks of receiving them.

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give us a 24 hour notice. You have until the last hour before the photoshoot/event to cancel your booking. If you have already paid the full payment, then we will keep the initial deposit and you will receive 50% of the total payment back.

Yes we do! We love traveling! We can go wherever you want us to. Just have to cover the travel fees, of which depends on distance and time.
